Mizuho has appointed Amit Jadhav as Executive Director – Head of IT Infrastructure and Facilities India, strengthening the organization’s technology leadership as financial institutions continue accelerating digital transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Amit brings extensive experience in IT infrastructure transformation, enterprise platform operations, DevOps, cloud modernization, automation, governance, and large-scale technology leadership across global banking and technology organizations. Over the years, he has built expertise in managing enterprise infrastructure ecosystems and leading strategic transformation programs across multiple international markets.
Prior to joining Mizuho, Amit held senior leadership roles at Barclays, where he contributed to infrastructure modernization and operational transformation initiatives within the banking sector. His experience also includes leadership responsibilities at CLSA, where he was involved in enterprise technology operations and infrastructure management across global business environments.
Earlier in his career, Amit worked with Cognizant, Infosys, Capgemini, Axcelis Technologies, and Softenger, where he led and supported several digital transformation and cloud modernization programs. Across these organizations, he gained broad expertise in automation, infrastructure services, enterprise platform delivery, and global operations strategy.
Throughout his professional journey, Amit has managed technology and infrastructure initiatives spanning India, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Hong Kong. His experience includes overseeing large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments, implementing automation-driven operational models, and supporting modernization efforts designed to improve efficiency, scalability, and technology resilience.
The appointment reflects Mizuho’s continued focus on strengthening its technology and operational capabilities amid increasing demand for cloud-based infrastructure, enterprise automation, and secure digital banking environments.
