
Priya Jha Choudhary has been appointed as CHRO – AI-Native Business and Platforms at Wipro, where she will lead the people strategy for the company’s AI-native business and platform initiatives as Wipro accelerates its focus on AI-driven transformation and next-generation digital services.
In her new role, she will focus on workforce transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and building AI-ready talent capabilities to support Wipro’s expanding AI-native business ecosystem.
Since joining Wipro, Choudhary has served as Head of HR – Enterprise Applications Global Service Line, where she led global HR operations for a workforce of more than 35,000 employees across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Infor, Digital Experience, partnerships, sales, and delivery functions. She also played a key role in integration and people strategy across acquired entities.
Prior to Wipro, she spent more than nine years at Capgemini, holding multiple global leadership roles including Global Head – Talent & Learning for the Cloud Global Business Line, HR Head – Banking & Capital Markets Business Unit, and Global Lead – Talent & Diversity for the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit.
She founded EQubes Consulting and began her HR leadership journey at KANBAY, which was later acquired by Capgemini. Across her professional journey, she has built deep expertise in talent management, workforce transformation, learning and development, organizational strategy, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and global HR leadership.
