
Beiersdorf has elevated Naveed Shah to Global Head of Adtech and Data, expanding his leadership responsibilities as the company continues to strengthen its global marketing technology, data analytics, and digital transformation capabilities.
Prior to this elevation, Shah served as Head of Data & Advertising Technology – Emerging Markets, where he led initiatives focused on data-driven marketing, advertising technology, customer insights, and digital transformation across key growth markets. In his expanded global role, he will oversee Beiersdorf’s adtech and data strategy, driving the adoption of advanced marketing technologies, data-led decision-making, and analytics capabilities to support the company’s global brand portfolio and business growth.
Shah brings extensive experience in digital marketing, advertising technology, consumer analytics, customer relationship management, business intelligence, and marketing transformation. Throughout his career, he has built expertise in leveraging data and technology to enhance customer engagement, optimize marketing performance, and strengthen enterprise-wide digital capabilities.
Before joining Beiersdorf, he held leadership positions at Unilever, Cheil Worldwide, PDC International FZE, and Northern Trust, where he led digital marketing strategy, consumer data analytics, advertising technology, customer relationship marketing, and business analytics initiatives across multiple markets.
His elevation reflects Beiersdorf’s continued investment in strengthening its global marketing technology and data ecosystem as consumer goods companies increasingly adopt AI-powered analytics, first-party data strategies, personalized customer engagement, and digital marketing platforms to improve business performance and consumer experiences.
