TVH Expands Pune Global Capability Centre, Increases Capacity to 400 Seats

Pune, India— Belgium-headquartered TVH has expanded its Global Capability Centre in Pune by inaugurating a multi-level office extension at Phoenix Fountainhead in Viman Nagar. The expansion adds seating for 150 employees, increasing the centre’s total capacity from 250 to 400 as the company scales its technology and enterprise operations from India.

The expanded facility will support business-critical functions across engineering, digital products, data, enterprise technology, digital transformation and business support. It will also enable closer collaboration between the Pune centre and TVH teams operating across Europe, the Americas and the Asia-Pacific region.

TVH said the additional infrastructure has been developed to support the company’s medium-term growth requirements and the evolving responsibilities of its India-based Global Capability Centre. The Pune operation serves as one of TVH’s key global capability hubs and supports the wider organisation across technology, engineering and enterprise operations.

The new office includes a central innovation space featuring an atrium-style design and interactive digital displays. The area will be used for workshops, brainstorming sessions, technical discussions and knowledge-sharing activities. The facility also includes flexible collaboration areas, recreation spaces, a gaming zone and a fully equipped medical room.

Commenting on the expansion, Vishal Rajani, Managing Director of TVH India, said, “India continues to play a strategic role in TVH’s global operations, with our Pune Global Capability Centre supporting critical capabilities across technology, data, engineering and digital transformation. This expansion reflects our long-term commitment to strengthening these capabilities by investing in the right infrastructure, talent and collaborative environment. As we continue to grow, our focus remains on delivering greater value for our customers and the wider TVH organisation.”

The development represents an expansion of TVH’s existing Pune operations rather than the establishment of a new GCC. The company’s registered India office is located at Phoenix Fountainhead, near Phoenix Marketcity in Viman Nagar.

The expansion comes as multinational companies continue to increase the responsibilities handled by their India-based capability centres. TVH’s Pune operation is focused on delivering technical, digital and enterprise capabilities for the company’s international businesses, rather than functioning only as a conventional administrative support centre.

TVH, founded in 1969 and headquartered in Waregem, Belgium, supplies parts and accessories for material-handling, industrial, construction and agricultural equipment. The company serves customers in more than 180 countries, operates through over 90 branches and employs more than 5,000 people globally. Its services also include electronics and component remanufacturing and technical training.
