TARC Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Ajay Gupta as Chief Development Officer, Ankush Kaul as Chief Business Officer and Mridul Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer

These strategic appointments reinforce the company’s commitment to building a future-ready leadership team as it enters its next phase of growth, expands its luxury residential portfolio and strengthens its institutional capabilities.

Together, Ajay Gupta, Ankush Kaul and Mridul Srivastava bring more than eight decades of collective leadership experience across luxury real estate, infrastructure, financial services, hospitality, technology, telecom and BFSI. Ajay Gupta joins the company as Chief Development Officer with over 37 years of leadership experience across real estate and infrastructure development. During his distinguished career, he has successfully led large-scale, multi-project developments from design through delivery. Most recently, as President – Projects at Krisumi Corporation, he oversaw the development and operations of a 35 acres township with a built-up area of 8.5 million sq. ft. Prior to this, as Operation Head (North Zone) at Godrej Properties Limited, he led the development of 28 million sq. ft. spread across 286 acres and 19 projects in Gurgaon, Sonipat, Delhi and Noida.

As Chief Development Officer, Ajay will lead Design & Architecture, Planning, Development of all Sites/Developments, QA-QC, Safety, Procurement & Contracts and Billing, Budgeting & Cost Control. His mandate is to establish an integrated development function that brings together design excellence, disciplined planning, quality assurance, safety and cost optimization, further strengthening TARC’s execution capabilities and ensuring every development is delivered with greater efficiency, precision and craftsmanship.

Further strengthening TARC’s development capabilities, Ankush Kaul joins TARC with over 25 years of leadership experience across real estate, financial services and hospitality. During his career, he has led Sales and Marketing functions for some of India’s most recognized organizations including DLF, Central Park, Ambience and Tribeca, delivering cumulative topline revenues exceeding ₹15,000 crore while facilitating the sale of thousands of premium residences across Delhi-NCR and other key markets. He will lead the company’s Sales, Marketing, Customer Advisory and Customer Experience functions. His mandate extends beyond driving business performance to architecting a research-led approach to development planning, leveraging consumer insights, market intelligence and data-driven decision making to shape product development, positioning and go-to-market strategy before development reach customers. By integrating commercial strategy with customer experience, he will further strengthen TARC’s commitment to creating homes inspired by evolving buyer aspirations.

Complementing this commercial leadership, Mridul Srivastava has over 23 years of diverse experience across Technology, Telecom, BFSI, Real Estate and Hospitality. Having held leadership positions with organizations including Shyam Group, Hero FinCorp, Religare, DLF Homes and ITC Hotels, he has successfully led enterprise transformation initiatives spanning workforce architecture, organizational design, leadership development, governance and change management.
