
Redcliffe Labs has appointed Ramesh Krishnan as an Independent Director on its Board, bringing extensive experience across healthcare services, hospital operations, investments, mergers and acquisitions, governance and business transformation.
Krishnan’s appointment adds senior healthcare and corporate leadership experience to Redcliffe Labs’ Board as the company continues to build its integrated diagnostics and preventive healthcare platform.
Throughout his career, Krishnan has held leadership responsibilities across the healthcare sector, including roles associated with IHH Healthcare, Fortis Healthcare and Everstone Capital’s healthcare services platform. His experience spans healthcare operations, strategic management, investments and business transformation.
Krishnan has also contributed to the boards of several healthcare organisations, including Gleneagles Development, Continental Hospitals, Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals and Sahyadri Hospitals. These responsibilities have provided him with experience in corporate governance, healthcare management and strategic decision-making.
His professional background combines operational understanding of healthcare services with exposure to investment and M&A activities. This experience is particularly relevant to board-level responsibilities involving governance, business strategy and organisational transformation.
