Varsha Udayabhanu has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Turing, bringing extensive experience across finance, corporate development, strategy, fundraising and investment banking to the AI and technology company.
Udayabhanu joins Turing with a professional background spanning senior finance leadership and strategic roles across technology companies and financial institutions. Her experience includes financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, capital allocation and growth-focused corporate finance.
Before joining Turing, Udayabhanu served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance at Invisible Technologies, where she held a senior leadership position overseeing finance. Prior to that, she held senior finance leadership roles at Glance and InMobi Advertising, adding experience across technology and digital businesses.
Her career also includes experience in strategy and investment banking. She previously worked with Myntra as Strategy Manager, where she gained experience in corporate strategy and business planning.
Earlier, Udayabhanu was associated with UBS Investment Bank as Associate Director, Macquarie Group as Analyst, and Allegro Capital Advisors as Management Associate. These roles gave her exposure to investment banking, financial analysis and corporate advisory.
Across her career, Udayabhanu has worked across both corporate and financial-services environments, building expertise in areas including fundraising, M&A, financial planning, investor relations and capital management.
Her experience in supporting businesses through growth-focused financial strategies also forms an important part of her professional background. Having held finance leadership positions at multiple technology companies, she brings experience in connecting financial management with broader corporate and growth objectives.
