Saurabh Shrivastava has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer at Kohinoor Group Pune, taking on a strategic leadership mandate focused on revenue growth, sales strategy, business development and commercial performance across the Group’s real estate portfolio.
In his new role, Shrivastava will work across go-to-market initiatives, revenue strategy, sales performance and business development, with a focus on strengthening the Group’s commercial operations and supporting growth across its real estate business.
Shrivastava brings extensive experience in real estate sales, customer acquisition, channel development and revenue growth. His professional background includes building high-performing sales teams, developing channel ecosystems and driving business expansion across the real estate sector.
Before joining Kohinoor Group Pune, Shrivastava served as Business Head at L&T Realty, where he held responsibility in a senior business leadership capacity. His experience at L&T Realty adds to his background in managing real estate businesses and driving sales and growth initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Shrivastava held leadership positions at Strokes & Ground, Sugee Group and Piramal Realty. At Piramal Realty, he served as Deputy Vice President, gaining further experience in the real estate sector and developing his expertise in sales leadership and business growth.
Across these organisations, Shrivastava has built experience in luxury real estate sales, channel development, revenue strategy, customer acquisition and sales transformation. His career has involved working across different aspects of the real estate sales ecosystem, from building sales teams and strengthening distribution channels to developing strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
At Kohinoor Group Pune, his mandate as Chief Revenue Officer will bring together these areas of expertise. He will focus on driving revenue growth while strengthening the Group’s sales strategy and commercial performance across its real estate portfolio.
His responsibilities will also include supporting go-to-market initiatives and business development, helping align sales and revenue priorities with the Group’s broader business objectives. His experience in developing channel ecosystems is expected to support the organisation’s efforts to expand its market reach and customer base.
Shrivastava’s career across L&T Realty, Strokes & Ground, Sugee Group and Piramal Realty has provided him with exposure to various segments of the real estate industry, with a particular focus on sales, customer acquisition and commercial growth.
With his appointment as Chief Revenue Officer, Shrivastava takes on a broader commercial leadership role at Kohinoor Group Pune, bringing together his experience in sales leadership, channel development, revenue growth, business development and sales transformation to support the Group’s continued expansion.
