Ringg AI Raises $10 Million to Expand Enterprise Voice Agents

Bengaluru-based Ringg AI has raised $10 million in an extension of its Series A round, led by Peak XV Partners with participation from existing investors Arkam Ventures and Capital 2B. The transaction takes the enterprise voice-AI startup’s Series A capital to approximately $15.5 million, following an initial $5.5 million raise earlier in 2026.

Ringg plans to deploy the capital across product development, proprietary AI models and enterprise expansion in India and international markets. Its development roadmap extends beyond voice calling to agents operating through WhatsApp and browser-based workflows, reflecting a broader effort to automate complete customer-facing processes rather than individual conversations. The platform is designed for functions such as lead qualification, collections, customer support, appointment scheduling, know-your-customer verification and commerce-related follow-ups.

Founded in 2023 by Siddharth Tripathi, Kali Charan Vemuru and Utkarsh Shukla, Ringg serves companies including Policybazaar, CRED, Flipkart, Groww and Practo. The company says its agents can operate across more than 30 languages and multiple communication channels. Its platform combines speech recognition, large-language-model processing, text-to-speech systems and an orchestration layer that connects agents with enterprise applications and internal workflows.

Ringg is also developing proprietary speech capabilities while retaining the ability to route tasks across different models. This architecture allows deployments to be configured around variables such as latency, language, accuracy, cost and the complexity of the underlying business process. The company’s enterprise positioning covers both conventional customer-contact operations and multi-step tasks requiring agents to call tools, update systems or trigger a follow-on action.

The new financing converts an investment process first disclosed in June into a completed transaction. Ringg’s previous Series A included Arkam Ventures, Capital 2B, White Venture Capital, QED Investors and the Stargazer Fund. The company has since added integrations and products aimed at production deployments, including multilingual speech recognition, conversation evaluation, voice cloning and tools for monitoring agent performance.

Ringg’s customer base places the startup inside several high-volume Indian sectors, including fintech, lending, healthcare, e-commerce and logistics. These industries combine large customer-contact operations with substantial requirements around language support, regulatory controls and system integration. The fresh capital will support additional deployments in these sectors while the company expands its platform from voice automation into a wider enterprise-agent layer.
