Mumbai: Vashi Integrated Solutions Ltd., one of India’s leading B2B procurement and sourcing partners in the Fast Moving Institutional Goods (FMIG) sector, has signed a Distribution Agreement with Sigenergy, a global energy technology company, to strengthen the smart energy ecosystem in India and accelerate the adoption of advanced energy solutions across residential and commercial markets.
The partnership brings together Vashi Integrated Solutions’ market experience, distribution capabilities and growing partner ecosystem with Sigenergy’s portfolio of next-generation energy solutions. As part of the collaboration, the companies will work towards expanding Sigenergy’s partner and installer network in India, while providing partners with the training and technical support needed to deploy these solutions effectively. The portfolio will include residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) energy solutions, spanning advanced energy storage systems and AI-enabled energy management solutions designed to support smarter and more efficient energy use.
