
Amit Shah has been elevated to Head – Human Resources at Ahmedabad International Airport, under Adani Airport Holdings Ltd. In his new role, he will bring extensive experience in human resources management, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, compliance and strategic HR initiatives to the airport’s operations.
Prior to this elevation, Shah served as Head HR at Mangaluru International Airport Limited, where he was responsible for key human resources functions and workforce-related initiatives. He has also worked as Lead HRBP at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd., gaining experience in managing HR operations and supporting business and organizational requirements within the airport sector.
Over the course of his career, Shah has held several HR leadership and business partnering positions across diverse industries. He previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Adani Solar, where his responsibilities included supporting business objectives through HR strategies and people-focused initiatives.
Before joining Adani Solar, Shah served as Plant HR Manager at Coromandel International Limited and Tata Group. These roles provided him with experience in manufacturing HR, workforce management, employee relations and organizational development, along with exposure to large-scale operational environments.
Shah has also held the position of Manager – HR at LavaCast Pvt. Ltd. and earlier worked as Sr. Executive – HR at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. His professional experience spans greenfield projects, manufacturing HR, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations and organizational development.
His elevation to Head – Human Resources at Ahmedabad International Airport marks another step in his career within the aviation and airport ecosystem. With experience across airport operations, manufacturing, solar energy and other business environments, Shah is positioned to contribute to HR strategy, workforce effectiveness and people-related initiatives at Ahmedabad International Airport.
