Info Edge Reports Rs 822.3 Crore in Q2 FY27 Billings, Up 12.8% Year-on-Year

Info Edge (India) Limited, the parent company of Naukri and 99acres, reported standalone billings of Rs 822.3 crore in the second quarter of FY27, marking a 12.8% increase from Rs 729 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company’s update was reported by Entrackr on October 8, 2026, based on stock exchange data. For the first six months of FY27, Info Edge recorded billings of Rs 1,559.3 crore, up 13.5% from Rs 1,373.2 crore in the same period of the previous financial year.

Its recruitment business, which includes Naukri, remained the largest contributor to billings. The segment recorded billings of Rs 613.8 crore in Q2 FY27, an increase of 12.6% from Rs 545 crore in the year-ago quarter. Info Edge said the segment’s underlying growth would have been around 14% to 15% after adjusting for the impact of customer renewal timings.

The company’s real estate platform, 99acres, also reported growth during the quarter. Its billings rose 21.2% year-on-year to Rs 148.3 crore, compared with Rs 122.4 crore in Q2 FY26. The growth was higher than the 16.5% increase recorded in the previous quarter.

Info Edge’s matchmaking businesses also reported higher billings. Jeevansathi recorded an 18.4% year-on-year increase to Rs 39.7 crore. Aisle, another matchmaking platform owned by the company, posted 40% growth. Together, the matchmaking businesses registered a 23.1% increase in billings during the quarter.

However, the company’s education platform, Shiksha, continued to face pressure. Its billings declined 27.2% year-on-year to Rs 20.5 crore. Info Edge attributed the decline to changes in user behaviour, saying AI-powered search tools were reducing the number of visitors reaching the platform through search engines.

To address this challenge, the company is working on new products intended to reduce Shiksha’s dependence on search-engine traffic.

Info Edge also reported increasing adoption of its business-to-business artificial intelligence products, AI-Rex and Talent Pulse. Both products recorded growth in customer additions and revenue contributions from new and existing customers.

The Q2 FY27 billing figures reflect varied performance across Info Edge’s businesses. Recruitment remained the largest contributor, while 99acres and the matchmaking platforms recorded growth. Shiksha, in contrast, faced pressure from changes in how users discover online information.

The figures represent standalone billings for the quarter and half-year periods. They should be distinguished from revenue and profit figures, which are reported separately in the company’s financial results.
