Edvance International Holdings Limited and CWG Innovations have launched RealRelay Fintech, a new vertical on the RealRelay.ai platform designed to help financial institutions and professionals automate complex tasks using artificial intelligence agents.
Announced on 19 October, the launch introduces AI-powered capabilities for financial research, document preparation, fraud detection, compliance checks and learning. The platform enables users to build, test and deploy AI agents without coding, making automation more accessible to financial teams and other users.
The launch took place during a youth AI event at Suntec Convention Centre in Singapore, co-organised by the Digital Defence Alliance Singapore and CWG Innovations, with support from the National Youth Council. Participants worked on a simulated fraud investigation, analysing large volumes of transaction records to identify suspicious activity and trace financial movements.
Trust and governance at the centre
A key feature of RealRelay Fintech is its Trust and Control Layer, which is designed to assess AI agents before deployment and retest them when changes are made. The system includes centralised controls for permissions, logging, data retention and access, alongside risk ratings intended to indicate what an agent can access and which actions it can perform.
The launch comes as Singapore strengthens its focus on responsible AI adoption in financial services. The Monetary Authority of Singapore’s AI risk management guidelines, as described in the company announcement, emphasise oversight, risk assessment, third-party management and monitoring throughout the AI lifecycle.
CWG’s Chief Commercial Officer, Aaron Ang, said: “Innovate, but with trust and control in place from the start.”
He added that the platform was built around this principle, with testing and institutional control intended to help financial organisations adopt AI with greater confidence.
Four key application areas
At launch, RealRelay Fintech focuses on four areas: research and analysis, financial decision documents, fraud and compliance checks, and learning for students and new professionals. The platform is intended to support tasks such as reviewing market information, preparing credit assessments, checking transactions and verifying onboarding documents.
The wider RealRelay ecosystem also includes an AI model exchange and an agent-building layer. According to the announcement, the Token Exchange provides access to more than 300 mainstream AI models through a single subscription, while the agent-building tools allow users to create and deploy workflows using plain-language instructions.
Expansion plans
CWG plans to conduct masterclasses alongside the Singapore FinTech Festival from 18 to 20 November 2026. The companies also intend to develop institution-specific agents and align the platform’s Trust and Control Layer with the MAS guidelines over 2027.
For Edvance and CWG, the launch represents an effort to expand AI automation into regulated financial services while making governance and security integral to deployment. The platform’s adoption will depend on how effectively its capabilities meet financial institutions’ operational, compliance and risk-management requirements.
