CureBay Raises ₹100 Crore to Expand Rural Health Network and AI Capabilities

Rural healthcare technology company CureBay has secured approximately ₹100 crore in a pre-Series C round to expand its clinic network, enter additional markets and strengthen its artificial intelligence and proprietary technology capabilities.

The financing comprises ₹69 crore in equity led by IvyCap Ventures and more than ₹30 crore in debt from Trifecta Capital, Alteria Capital and VentureSoul Partners. Existing institutional investors also participated in the equity component. The Bhubaneswar-headquartered company plans to use the capital to extend its presence into states including Andhra Pradesh.

CureBay operates more than 250 technology-enabled clinics across seven states. Its service network includes over 1,800 Swasthya Mitras, more than 530 trained clinical employees, over 230 doctors and partnerships with more than 210 hospitals and diagnostic laboratories. The company says it has served more than 17 lakh patients and currently conducts over 400 health camps each month.

Its operating model combines physical clinics, community healthcare workers and a connected digital platform with AI-supported screening, health-risk alerts and clinical decision tools. A round-the-clock command centre coordinates consultations, referrals and follow-up care across the network. The company also offers CureBay Kavach as part of its integrated healthcare-delivery system.

Founder and chief executive Priyadarshi Mohapatra said the company is building an end-to-end rural healthcare operating system rather than relying solely on a consumer application. The new investment is expected to enhance the intelligence layer used to identify health risks, conduct screenings and generate clinical information for healthcare professionals.

CureBay ended FY26 with annual recurring revenue of close to ₹170 crore. It is targeting a doubling of that figure during FY27 and is working towards reaching break-even on an EBITDA basis. The company also participates in government-linked healthcare programmes and has been selected as a healthcare partner for the central government’s Samriddhi Kendra initiative.

The transaction combines growth equity with venture debt, giving CureBay capital for physical expansion while supporting continued investment in its technology and healthcare-delivery infrastructure.
