Noida, October 2026: Progressive Techserve, an AI-led IT managed services company, today announced the appointment of Sandeep Khanna as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Sandeep, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer, will lead the company’s next phase of growth, with a focus on accelerating its transformation into an AI-led, automation-driven and outcome-focused managed services provider.
As part of the leadership transition, Prateek Garg, Founder of Progressive, will assume the role of Chairman & Managing Director of Progressive Infotech Group, overseeing the strategic direction, growth and governance of Progressive Techserve and ZARTHI, the Group’s cloud business.
Sandeep’s appointment marks a significant milestone in Progressive’s leadership journey. Having joined the organization as a Service Delivery Manager, he has risen through the ranks to become CEO, bringing extensive experience across service delivery, operations, customer relationships and business transformation.
During his tenure, Sandeep has played a pivotal role in strengthening Progressive’s service delivery capabilities, building long-standing customer relationships and expanding its managed services portfolio. He has also been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, including the development of Progressive’s cybersecurity managed services capabilities and the growth of Workelevate, its AI-powered digital workplace platform.
