Anand Shanmugham has joined ANSR as Managing Director, Sales – North America, bringing with him more than 20 years of leadership experience in technology services, business transformation, and client engagement across global markets. In his new role, Anand will spearhead ANSR’s growth strategy in the North American region, focusing on deepening client partnerships, driving strategic collaborations, and expanding enterprise adoption of the company’s Global Capability Center (GCC) model—a cornerstone of ANSR’s mission to help global enterprises build innovation and technology hubs in India.
Before joining ANSR, Anand served at Wipro in several senior leadership capacities, most recently as Vice President and Sector Head for Retail, Services & Transportation. During his tenure, he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, managing complex global portfolios and strengthening customer relationships across diverse industries. His leadership was instrumental in aligning technology strategies with business outcomes, fostering growth, and ensuring client success across multiple regions.
Anand’s earlier professional journey includes impactful roles at NTT DATA Americas, Cognizant, and Infosys, where he honed his expertise in scaling strategic accounts, building high-performance teams, and delivering enterprise-wide solutions. His deep understanding of digital transformation, coupled with his proven ability to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency, positions him as a key enabler of ANSR’s next phase of global expansion.
At ANSR, Anand’s primary focus will be on accelerating customer success through the GCC model, which enables multinational enterprises to establish and scale capability centers in India for innovation, product development, and technology advancement.
