Aays, a domain-led data and AI solutions provider, has acquired Aidetic, an AI engineering company with expertise in computer vision (CV), natural language processing (NLP), and embedded machine learning. The acquisition, for which financial details were not disclosed, will see Aidetic’s team form the core of Aays’ newly launched AI Engineering Hub in Bengaluru. This move strengthens Aays’ focus on delivering production-grade, enterprise-scale AI solutions.
“With enterprises, the challenge isn’t building models but operationalising AI,” said Anshuman Bhar, CEO and co-founder of Aays. “This partnership is intentional: Aays brings governance, industry playbooks, and reach, while Aidetic adds production-grade engineering. Together, we will deliver SLA-backed, observable co-pilots and vision systems that land faster and scale across enterprises.”
Aidetic, founded in 2018, has worked extensively on large-scale AI implementations in the banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), and technology sectors. Its track record includes successful CV and NLP deployments at scale, which will now be extended to industries such as consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, and manufacturing. “We have proven CV and NLP deployments at scale in BFSI and tech; with Aays we carry that edge-to-cloud rigor into CPG, retail, and manufacturing,” said Yadvendra Kshatri, co-founder of Aidetic.
Through this strategic acquisition, Aays is deepening its capabilities in taking AI solutions beyond pilots and into full-scale production environments with predictable, measurable results. The Bengaluru hub will focus on aligning engineering toolchains, integrating reference use cases, and accelerating time-to-value for enterprise customers.
The combined strengths of Aays’ data governance frameworks and Aidetic’s engineering prowess aim to help enterprises operationalise AI with confidence, offering SLA-backed solutions that are scalable and observable. This integration is expected to drive faster deployments, reduce the risk of AI project failures, and enable businesses to adopt AI more effectively across multiple geographies.
By building this engineering backbone in Bengaluru, Aays is positioning itself as a key player in enterprise AI transformation, targeting industries that require reliable, production-ready AI systems to unlock business value.
