Bringing over 14 years of cross-industry experience across technology, edtech, and consumer sectors, Goswami is known for his entrepreneurial drive and deep understanding of digital business ecosystems. He has co-founded CTR Tech Pvt. Ltd., been a founding team member at FrontRow, and played instrumental roles in building impactful platforms and forging meaningful partnerships.
At GoKwik, Goswami is expected to leverage his versatile leadership background to strengthen the company’s product-market fit, enhance customer success, and support its mission of democratizing success in e-commerce by improving conversion rates and reducing return-to-origin (RTO) for merchants.
His career path reflects a strong entrepreneurial foundation. During his tenure at OYO, he worked as an “OYOpreneur,” where he contributed to business operations, market growth, and scaling systems. He also played a significant role at The Hindu Group, where he supported STEP, a digital learning initiative aimed at improving English communication skills in India.
Goswami began his professional journey with Logophilia Education Pvt. Ltd., where he was a founding member and helped pioneer linguistics education in India. This diverse portfolio has equipped him with the skills to build teams from the ground up, design scalable business models, and lead large-scale executions.
His appointment comes at a pivotal time for GoKwik, which continues to expand its footprint across India’s fast-growing D2C and e-commerce sectors. Goswami’s multi-sectoral experience and strategic mindset are expected to further empower GoKwik’s mission of enabling inclusive and sustainable growth for digital-first brands.
