The Adani Group has appointed Preeti Jain as the Chief People Officer (CPO) for its Global Capability Centre (GCC), marking a strategic move to strengthen its talent and organisational development initiatives. With more than 20 years of global experience in the IT, telecom, and semiconductor sectors, Jain brings a strong background in human resources leadership, having worked in regions including the US, UK, China, and Southeast Asia.
Prior to this role, Jain was the Vice President of Human Resources at Bharti Airtel, where she led HR operations across broadband, direct-to-home, and network services. In her new position at Adani GCC, she will be responsible for shaping the centre’s HR strategy, focusing on areas such as organisational structure, leadership capability, and talent development. Her efforts will support the GCC’s growth and its alignment with Adani Group’s larger shared services vision.
Jain holds a degree in Mathematics and an MBA in Human Resources. She is widely recognised for driving HR process automation and implementing effective talent retention programs. Over the years, she has held key HR roles at companies such as HFCL Limited, Conexant, Huawei Consumer Business Group, Droom, and Bharti Airtel.
Her appointment reflects Adani Group’s commitment to building a modern, agile, and skilled global workforce. As the group continues to scale its operations, Jain’s expertise is expected to play a pivotal role in building a world-class capability centre focused on innovation and excellence.
