
Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL) has announced the appointment of Pranchal Srivastava as Chief Business Officer – The Collective and International Brands. Based in Mumbai, Srivastava will spearhead the strategic direction and performance of the company’s premium and mono-brand portfolio.
A seasoned business leader with over 15 years of global experience across consumer businesses, fashion, retail and strategic consulting, Srivastava brings deep expertise in scaling and transforming businesses across diverse and complex markets.
In his new role, he will lead strategic growth, business expansion and brand acceleration for ABFRL’s The Collective and International Brands portfolio. This includes full P&L ownership for The Collective and Mono Brands portfolio, covering marquee labels such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Hackett London, Ted Baker, and Fred Perry.
The portfolio also includes The Collective, a premium multi-brand retail concept that houses over 60 luxury and premium brands, along with India franchise partnerships with globally recognised labels such as Ralph Lauren, Ted Baker, Fred Perry and Hackett. Srivastava oversees a workforce of more than 600 employees across 50-plus destinations, spanning multi-brand outlets, exclusive brand stores and a significant e-commerce presence, with a focus on premium positioning and omni-channel expansion.
Prior to this appointment, Srivastava served as Senior Vice President – Chairman’s Office at Aditya Birla Group, where he was part of the Group’s strategic think tank. Working closely with Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla, he drove key initiatives across consumer businesses including fashion, jewellery, textiles and trading. His responsibilities spanned organic and inorganic growth, digital transformation, investment strategy and performance execution.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles including Director/Principal at Accenture, where he led digital commerce and analytics-driven transformation programs across industries. He also served as Country Head – Africa at TVS Motor Company, guiding business expansion across emerging markets.
Srivastava previously worked with Hero MotoCorp, where he built international markets across the Middle East and Eurasia, and with National Instruments, shaping business development and IoT-led sales strategies across India and Bangladesh.
Over the course of his career, Srivastava has held multiple CXO and Country Head roles, leading organisations across emerging markets in the Middle East, Africa and India. He has steered businesses through periods of economic and operational disruption, delivering growth while strengthening operational resilience.
With this appointment, ABFRL aims to further reinforce leadership across its premium and international brands portfolio, underlining its long-term commitment to growth, market leadership and continued evolution within the dynamic fashion and retail landscape.
