AdvantageClub.ai, a leader in employee engagement solutions, announced that it raised $4 million in a funding round led by Axilor Ventures. The round also saw participation from AFG Ventures, Prasanna Sarkar (Co-founder and ex-CTO of Rippling), Bytez Ventures, and existing investors. This new investment brings the company’s total funding to $11 million.
The company plans to use the newly raised capital to accelerate its expansion into the US and Asia. Additionally, AdvantageClub.ai will focus on strengthening its wellness programs, including OPD plans, fitness plans, health check-ups, and social behavior-led healthy habit formation. It also aims to enhance its position in the rewards and recognition sector.

The company’s focus on wellness has gained significant traction over the past two years, making it a key aspect of its product suite with Advantage Wellness.
