AI Code Platform Qodo Secures $70M to Scale Enterprise Adoption

Qodo, an Israel-based AI platform focused on code review, testing, and governance, has raised $70 million in its Series B funding round led by Qumra Capital. Announced on March 30, 2026, the round brings the company’s total funding to $120 million, reflecting strong investor confidence as demand grows for tools that ensure the reliability of AI-generated code.

The funding round was oversubscribed and saw participation from a wide range of investors, including Maor Ventures, Phoenix Venture Partners, S Ventures, Square Peg, Susa Ventures, TLV Partners, and Vine Ventures. Prominent angel investors such as Peter Welinder from OpenAI and Clara Shih from Meta also participated. This follows the company’s $40 million Series A round in September 2024, which was co-led by Susa Ventures and Square Peg.

Qodo’s platform is designed to integrate artificial intelligence across the software development lifecycle, covering code generation, testing, review, and documentation. Its solutions aim to improve software quality by providing structured oversight and governance for engineering teams working with high volumes of AI-generated code.

The company’s latest offering, Qodo 2.2, introduces advanced context engineering and a multi-agent review system that leverages full-repository insights, including code history and prior pull request decisions. This enables more accurate, explainable, and actionable feedback while minimizing noise and ensuring adherence to organization-specific standards.

Qodo serves a diverse enterprise customer base that includes major global organizations such as NVIDIA, Walmart, Red Hat, Box, Intuit, Ford, and Monday.com. The platform has seen widespread adoption, with more than one million developers using its tools, including teams within Fortune 100 companies.

Originally founded as CodiumAI Ltd., the company later rebranded to Qodo as it expanded its vision and product capabilities. With the latest funding, Qodo plans to accelerate product development and scale its presence globally, positioning itself as a key player in building trust and governance infrastructure for modern, AI-driven software engineering.
