Aivar Innovations Secures $4.6 Million Seed Funding to Scale Enterprise AI Services Globally

Coimbatore-based AI services startup Aivar Innovations has raised $4.6 million in a seed funding round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners. The fresh capital will be used to expand the company’s footprint across India, the United States, and the Middle East, while strengthening its capabilities in AI accelerators, senior talent acquisition, and international delivery. The round underscores growing investor confidence in Aivar’s approach to delivering end-to-end AI transformation for enterprise clients.

Founded to address the execution gap many organisations face in adopting artificial intelligence, Aivar Innovations positions itself as more than a traditional AI services provider. The company combines consulting, engineering, and proprietary accelerators to help enterprises move from experimentation to production-grade AI systems. Its offerings span strategy, cloud modernisation, data platforms, and AI deployment, enabling clients to achieve faster and more measurable outcomes.

The newly raised funds will be channelled into building advanced AI accelerators that can be rapidly customised for enterprise use cases, as well as expanding global delivery capabilities to support clients operating across multiple geographies. Aivar also plans to invest heavily in senior leadership and specialised technical talent to support complex, large-scale AI initiatives.

“In less than a year, we’ve validated that enterprises need more than AI tools – they need partners who can execute transformation end-to-end. Our studio- and accelerator-driven approach combines the best of services and software, delivering outcomes in weeks that traditionally took months,” said Kousik Rajendran, co-founder and CEO. His statement reflects a broader shift in enterprise demand, where speed, reliability, and real-world impact are increasingly prioritised over pilot projects and proof-of-concept deployments.

Investors echoed this view, highlighting Aivar’s differentiated positioning in a crowded AI market. Mandar Dandekar, partner at Sorin Investments, said, “Aivar stands out by combining deep cloud expertise with AI-native accelerators that help companies move from intent to impact.” This blend of cloud-scale engineering and AI-first design is seen as critical for enterprises navigating complex digital transformation journeys.

As global organisations accelerate their adoption of AI, Aivar Innovations aims to establish itself as a trusted transformation partner, capable of delivering scalable, production-ready solutions across industries and regions. The seed funding marks a key milestone in the company’s ambition to build a globally relevant AI services and solutions platform.
