
Purvi Shah has been appointed Head of Information Technology at Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd., Mumbai, where she is leading the company’s IT strategy and digital transformation agenda. In this role, she is responsible for strengthening enterprise systems, IT governance, and cybersecurity frameworks across the organisation.
A multi-award-winning technology leader, Purvi most recently served as Chief Information Officer at Krisala Developers. During her tenure, she led large-scale automation and cybersecurity initiatives and received significant industry recognition, including the Cybersecurity Woman of the Year award and the IT Automation and Visionary Leader of the Year award in 2024. Her work in enterprise technology has positioned her as a recognised voice in the real estate technology space, with regular features in publications such as Dataquest and CXO TechBOT for her expertise in implementing SAP and Salesforce at scale.
Prior to this, Purvi spent six years at Adani Realty, where she built a strong record of driving business impact through technology. As a Business Analyst, she led digital initiatives that contributed ₹120 Cr in incremental revenue and introduced system optimisations that saved thousands of man-hours. Her work focused on SAP and Salesforce implementations, customer experience transformation, and revenue enablement, playing a central role in the organisation’s digital journey.
Her leadership experience also includes serving as Head of IT at Kohinoor Group Pune, where she delivered significant cost efficiencies within a short period, as well as senior responsibilities at Stetig Consulting Private Limited. Earlier in her career, Purvi worked at HDFC Bank, where she progressed rapidly, earning three promotions within four years, laying the foundation for her combined expertise in technology, finance, and operations.
At Ajmera Realty, Purvi is tasked with advancing technology-led growth by aligning digital initiatives with business priorities, enhancing cybersecurity resilience, and improving operational efficiency through robust enterprise platforms. Her approach blends deep technical knowledge of large-scale enterprise applications with disciplined financial and governance oversight.
Her appointment reflects Ajmera Realty’s focus on strengthening its technology leadership as digital transformation becomes increasingly central to real estate operations and long-term competitiveness.
