Over the past five years at American Express, Dolly has played a pivotal role in shaping recruitment strategy, delivery, and governance for specialist hiring across core business and corporate functions. She has successfully leveraged advanced recruitment platforms such as Taleo, Smashfly, and Eightfold.ai to enable intelligent sourcing, improve hiring efficiency, and support evidence-based decision-making. Her work has contributed to strengthening recruitment processes while aligning talent outcomes with evolving business priorities.
Prior to her tenure at American Express, Dolly held senior leadership roles at Allegis Global Solutions and Genpact, where she led large-scale RPO engagements and end-to-end talent acquisition programs. In these roles, she was responsible for recruitment operations across financial services and analytics functions, driving improvements in direct sourcing, automation, and workforce scalability. She also played a key role in advancing inclusive hiring practices and optimizing recruitment delivery models across diverse talent segments.
