
Anindya S. Ghosh has been appointed as Director – Cyber and Digital Risk at PwC India. In this role, he will work closely with organizations to enhance cyber resilience, strengthen digital risk frameworks, and build robust data protection strategies in increasingly complex and technology-driven environments.
He brings with him significant experience in cybersecurity leadership and data privacy. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Security Officer and Privacy Head at Hindustan Zinc, where he was responsible for defining the IT and OT cybersecurity vision and roadmap, along with leading enterprise-wide data governance initiatives and ensuring global data privacy compliance.
Prior to that, he held the position of Director at Tata CLiQ, where he managed detection and response functions, playing a critical role in strengthening the organization’s cybersecurity posture. His earlier tenure at Olam as General Manager saw him leading data protection and privacy management initiatives across the business.
Over the course of his career, Anindya has also worked with organizations such as Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, A.P. Moller – Maersk, EY, and KPMG, contributing to a wide range of cybersecurity, risk, and compliance programs across industries.
With deep expertise spanning cyber risk, data governance, and privacy, his appointment reflects PwC India’s continued investment in expanding its cyber and digital risk advisory capabilities to support clients navigating evolving security challenges.
