
Anirudh Yadav has been elevated to the position of Executive Director at Wells Fargo, marking a significant milestone in his nearly six-year tenure with the financial services firm. Based in Hyderabad, Telangana, he will lead strategic initiatives spanning data, analytics, and AI-driven transformation, contributing to the strengthening of the organisation’s technology capabilities and long-term innovation roadmap. The elevation reflects Wells Fargo’s continued emphasis on data-led decision-making and digital transformation across its financial services operations.
Prior to this appointment, Anirudh served as Vice President – Data & AI Architect at Wells Fargo, a role he held from April 2020 to February 2026. During this period, he was involved in designing and scaling enterprise data architecture and supporting the adoption of AI across business functions. His work focused on enabling robust data platforms that support advanced analytics and enterprise-wide AI initiatives. He was based in Bengaluru during this phase of his career.
Before joining Wells Fargo, Anirudh spent over four years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he held the role of Assistant Vice President – Data and BI Architect from September 2015 to April 2020. In this capacity, he worked on data and business intelligence architecture initiatives supporting large-scale financial systems. Earlier at JPMorgan Chase, he also served as an Application Developer from July 2010 to April 2013, where his responsibilities included planning and supporting applications for the firm’s user base, conducting impact analysis, and providing estimation support for vendor-led BI reporting initiatives.
Anirudh’s experience also includes serving as BI Tech Lead at Iron Mountain from April 2013 to September 2015, where he managed three projects concurrently in a technical leadership role. He previously worked at Wipro Technologies as Team Lead between July 2008 and February 2010, contributing as a senior developer and BO lead. He began his professional journey at Infosys, where he worked as a Software Engineer from September 2005 to June 2008 in the insurance domain, building a strong foundation in enterprise software development.
With experience spanning data engineering, business intelligence, application development, and AI architecture across global organisations, Anirudh brings deep technical expertise and leadership continuity to his role as Executive Director. His progression through increasingly senior positions reflects a career built on hands-on delivery, architectural leadership, and long-term engagement with enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms.
