In this critical leadership position, Nair will lead the company’s Hi-Tech vertical, with a strong focus on driving global growth, digital transformation, and innovation. With a wealth of experience in managing large-scale technology initiatives, his addition is expected to bolster LTIMindtree’s market presence in the fast-evolving hi-tech sector.
Bringing over 25 years of industry expertise, Nair has consistently led digital and AI-powered transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies, hyperscalers, and other global enterprises. His background includes successfully managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls and overseeing strategic portfolios aimed at enterprise modernization and customer success. He has also been instrumental in driving enterprise-wide deals, cultivating global teams, and nurturing key partnerships to scale business impact.
Throughout his career, Nair has held senior executive positions at leading firms including Cognizant, Accenture, Genpact, and GE. His work has spanned continents, with significant contributions to the areas of Generative AI, digital transformation, customer experience, and responsible AI adoption.
