Cybersecurity firm Arctic Wolf has significantly bolstered its global innovation footprint with the inauguration of a 29,000-square-foot facility at The Helios Business Park in Marathahalli, Bengaluru. This move amplifies the company’s commitment to AI-driven cybersecurity research and development from India, and comes as part of Arctic Wolf’s global strategy to deliver continuous protection through its cloud-native Aurora Platform.
Since the launch of its first India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in October 2024, Arctic Wolf has rapidly scaled its Indian workforce—from approximately 75 employees to more than 300 today. The new facility is designed to accommodate up to 500 employees and will serve as a key node in the company’s R&D efforts. Inside the centre, an AI engineering lab and dedicated collaborative zones have been created to spark innovation and deepen the integration of research and development teams based in India.
“This marks a major milestone in our mission to drive world-class cybersecurity innovation from India,” said Lisa Tetrault, SVP, Security Services. With this expansion, Arctic Wolf is placing India at the heart of its AI-powered threat detection and response capabilities—enhancing its ability to protect organisations globally via its cloud-native Aurora Platform.
The Bengaluru hub will focus on building advanced AI algorithms and frameworks for threat detection and response, enabling Arctic Wolf to stay ahead of emerging cyber-threats. By leveraging the talent and ecosystem in India, the company seeks to accelerate the development of next-generation cybersecurity solutions and scale its global operations. This strategic investment reflects Arctic Wolf’s confidence in the Indian technology landscape as well as the importance of the region in its worldwide innovation roadmap.
