Mrinal brings extensive industry insight built through leadership roles at some of the world’s most recognized technology companies. “With seven years at Arista as Regional Sales Director and nearly a decade at Cisco driving global accounts, enterprise customers, and mid-market growth, he brings a strong blend of strategic insight and execution excellence.” His proven track record includes driving scalable go-to-market strategies, strengthening partner ecosystems, and leading major digital transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients.
Before his successful stint at Cisco, Mrinal held key sales and account leadership roles at IBM and Avaya Global Connect, where he contributed to major enterprise technology modernization initiatives. His experience across diverse technology portfolios has equipped him with a strong understanding of customer needs spanning cloud infrastructure, advanced networking, security, and data-center modernization.
His leadership style is marked by customer advocacy and collaborative execution. “Having held key roles at IBM, Avaya Global Connect, and Cisco, Mrinal is known for his customer-centric approach, strong technical understanding, and ability to scale business operations.” His appointment comes at a time when India’s digital economy is witnessing unprecedented expansion, driving new demands for low-latency cloud performance, autonomous network operations, and AI-ready infrastructure.
In his new mandate, Mrinal will focus on expanding Arista’s enterprise footprint, nurturing innovation-led customer relationships, and enabling cloud-first transformation across sectors such as BFSI, telecom, IT services, and digital-native enterprises. His experience positions him to accelerate adoption of Arista’s flagship solutions — from cloud networking and data-center fabrics to network observability and edge innovations — ensuring customers are prepared for the evolving demands of distributed and AI-powered environments.
This leadership transition signals Arista’s continued investment in India as a priority market. With Mathur at the helm, the company aims to further strengthen its market leadership in scalable cloud networking while fostering deeper industry collaboration to support India’s digital-infrastructure ambitions.
