During his tenure with the company, Aritra moved from Senior Manager – Business Planning & Consumer Insights to General Manager – Prepaid Growth. In these roles, he played a pivotal role in driving prepaid portfolio expansion, shaping consumer strategy, and accelerating revenue growth. His work in strengthening the prepaid business and aligning data-driven insights with commercial objectives positioned him as a key contributor to Airtel’s growth trajectory, ultimately leading to his appointment to head marketing for the Maharashtra & Goa circle.
