BOBCARD has appointed Arnab Biswas as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to robust cybersecurity and enterprise resilience. With over 15 years of experience in information security, cyber risk management, and enterprise security transformation, Arnab brings a wealth of expertise across both financial institutions and technology-driven organizations.
Prior to joining BOBCARD, Arnab held key CISO roles at Axis Securities Limited and Tata Payments Limited, where he spearheaded enterprise-wide security programs and reported directly to the board on critical cyber risk strategies. “I am excited to join BOBCARD and contribute to building a resilient security framework that aligns with the evolving digital landscape,” he remarked.
Arnab’s career includes leadership positions in cloud security initiatives at Tata Digital, senior management at Protiviti, and advanced security frameworks at ICICI Bank, where he established a security data lake and led proactive threat hunting operations. He began his professional journey at Tata Consultancy Services as a system engineer focused on enterprise risk management in the banking sector, laying the foundation for his deep understanding of both IT infrastructure and regulatory compliance.
With hands-on expertise in red teaming, SIEM platforms, insider risk management, and cloud security, Arnab is poised to elevate BOBCARD’s cybersecurity resilience, ensuring protection against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. His appointment comes at a crucial time as enterprises globally face heightened risks from evolving digital threats, making strong leadership in cybersecurity a strategic priority.
“Arnab brings a unique blend of strategic vision and practical experience in enterprise security, making him the ideal leader to steer BOBCARD’s security initiatives forward,” said a spokesperson from BOBCARD. Under his leadership, the organization aims to enhance its security posture, strengthen risk management frameworks, and foster a proactive security culture that safeguards both enterprise operations and customer trust.
This move marks BOBCARD’s continued focus on cybersecurity as a core pillar of its operational strategy, with Arnab set to play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s capabilities in digital risk mitigation, cloud security, and enterprise-wide threat intelligence.
