He has served in leadership roles including Vice President and Head Rewards – Hydrocarbons, Vice President Human Resources in the CHRO’s Office, Head of HR for the Hoshiarpur Manufacturing Division, Head HR, IR & Admin for Barabanki Manufacturing, and Head Talent Acquisition for Reliability, Engineering & Maintenance within Group Manufacturing. His contributions have been vital in building a strong talent infrastructure that supports both legacy strengths and new-age innovation at India’s largest industrial enterprise.
His experience extends beyond core HR responsibilities, having overseen Global Mobility, Expatriate and Leadership Compensation, and Organizational Development within Retail IT.
