This operational depth equips him to address both preventive and responsive aspects of cybersecurity in complex organisational environments.
He also has strong working knowledge of global security and privacy frameworks and standards, including ISO 27002, SOC 2, NIST 800-53, and the OWASP Top 10. This experience will be critical in aligning Avendus’ security controls with international best practices while supporting compliance requirements across jurisdictions and client engagements.
Abhishek’s expertise spans multiple technology domains, including network security, cloud security architecture, and data centre operations. Over the course of his career, he has worked extensively with enterprise security platforms such as firewalls, mobile device management (MDM), VPNs, data loss prevention (DLP), and secure web gateway and proxy solutions. In addition, he brings experience in vendor management, security product evaluations, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, enabling informed decision-making around security investments and partnerships.
