Prior to joining Axis Max Life Insurance, he served as Branch Head at Ageas Federal Life Insurance, where he led branch operations and contributed to regional growth. Before that, he was Area Head at Policybazaar, managing multi-unit operations and driving sales performance across territories.
He has also held roles such as Senior Territory Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and Executive Development Manager at Edelweiss Life Insurance, where he developed deep expertise in frontline sales, team leadership, and customer engagement.
In addition to his corporate experience, Gupta has entrepreneurial exposure through ventures like Ensure Network Services Private Limited and Global Marketing, further strengthening his understanding of business expansion and operational management.
