Bringing with him nearly 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Balaji has held senior leadership roles at prominent companies like Cipla and Lupin. During his tenure at Cipla Gx, he played a pivotal role in cementing the company’s position as India’s No. 1 generics player, driving strong growth and expanding the company’s reach across various regions. His track record includes scaling branded generics and leading high-impact market expansion initiatives.
Balaji is known for his sharp execution skills and people-first leadership style, making him a highly respected figure in the industry. His expertise spans key functions such as sales, marketing, and strategic planning, equipping him with the tools to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
An MBA in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Balaji is widely recognized for blending commercial acumen with operational discipline.
