In her new role, Harshita will play a pivotal part in strengthening BharatPe’s HR framework, ensuring it supports the company’s rapid expansion and evolving business needs. Prior to joining BharatPe, Harshita Khanna served as Chief People Officer at Home Credit India, where she led large-scale digital HR initiatives and major organizational change programs. Her tenure there was marked by the successful implementation of agile people strategies, technology-enabled HR transformation, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement.
Her professional journey spans multiple global organizations, including Nokia, CSC, Schneider Electric, and Aon Hewitt, where she specialized in compensation strategy, performance management, and organizational design. Across these roles, she gained significant international exposure, working across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America, which equipped her with a nuanced understanding of global HR best practices and multicultural workforce dynamics.
