He previously served as India Director – People & Organization Partner, Services Director, and PLM Practice Head. In these capacities, he worked closely with cross-functional teams to expand services capabilities, strengthen smart services offerings, and improve revenue growth and profitability. He also enhanced utilisation metrics and delivery performance, reinforcing operational discipline while nurturing talent across teams.
In his new role as CEO of DSGS, he will steer global services strategy, oversee operational excellence frameworks, and lead customer transformation programs across markets.
