Over the years, Atul Jain has played a pivotal role in the strategic and operational advancement of the organisation. Most recently, he served as Executive Director & CEO – Tubes & Fasteners Business, where he successfully led critical business verticals and delivered consistent performance. His leadership has been marked by a clear strategic vision, operational rigour, and a commitment to driving sustainable growth and innovation across the enterprise.
Jain’s journey at Caparo has been defined by his ability to lead transformation across diverse business units, ensuring market responsiveness and customer satisfaction. His efforts have been instrumental in strengthening Caparo’s position within the highly competitive engineering ecosystem.
Prior to his tenure at Caparo, Jain served for over a decade at Lakshmi Precision Screws Limited, Rohtak, where he held the position of Senior Manager – Marketing. His experience there laid the foundation for his expertise in customer engagement, product positioning, and market development.
Jain brings to his new role a rich blend of technical know-how and industry acumen, positioning him well to drive Caparo Engineering’s next phase of growth. His focus will include expanding market presence, deepening technological capabilities, and enhancing value delivery across customer segments.
