In her new position, she will lead integrated marketing initiatives to expand Workday’s presence in India, boost demand generation, and enhance enterprise engagement through data-driven storytelling and thought leadership.
Before joining Workday, Chaitra was Head of Marketing for Automation Anywhere in India, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening brand visibility and customer relationships in the automation and AI segments. Her leadership was instrumental in positioning the company as a trusted partner for digital transformation and intelligent automation, driving awareness among India’s enterprise ecosystem.
Previously, she held senior marketing roles at ServiceNow and Autodesk, where she led account-based marketing programs, C-suite engagement campaigns, and regional go-to-market strategies across India and the broader APAC region. These roles allowed her to refine her expertise in strategic positioning, enterprise demand creation, and partner marketing—key pillars of B2B growth.
Chaitra’s early career included impactful stints at Mirum India (a WPP company) and AnimationXpress India Pvt.
