Founded in 2017 initially as a location-tracking solution for its food delivery business, Lystloc has since evolved into a comprehensive software suite designed to manage on-field teams, automate reimbursements, capture leads, and analyze productivity—all in real time.
The recent launch of Lystproof, a digital workforce data and verification platform, marks Lystloc’s push to become an essential backbone for enterprise operations beyond just field force enablement.
At the core of Lystloc’s value proposition is consolidation. The platform combines GPS-based attendance tracking, payroll automation, CRM, task management, leave tracking, reimbursements, and analytics within a single user-friendly interface. Lystloc’s standout feature is its integration of live field tracking with CRM data, a capability the company notes is missing from popular tools like Zoho CRM and HubSpot. The LystCRM dashboard lets businesses monitor employee locations, meeting notes, and lead updates simultaneously.
Interoperability is another strength, with direct integration into HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox and greytHR, as well as popular CRMs like Freshsales, bridging gaps often seen in siloed enterprise ecosystems.
Lystloc’s solution is tailored for industries with large, distributed workforces, including pharmaceutical sales, FMCG distribution, banking, and logistics. Customers such as BPL Medical Technologies, Surfa Coats, and Federal Bank rely on Lystloc to verify attendance, monitor field movement, and reduce travel claim disputes. The app’s reimbursement feature automatically calculates fuel expenses based on GPS routes, while its attendance system uses geo-restrictions and is piloting AI-driven face recognition technology. Admin dashboards deliver real-time insights and more than 120 customizable reports.
With Lystproof, the startup enters HR-tech by enabling employers to issue and securely verify work certificates, relieving letters, and payslips through a consent-driven process. This feature not only streamlines verification but also creates revenue opportunities by monetizing background check approvals. “We built Lystloc to fix our own team visibility problem,” the company says.
Since launching its MVP in 2017, Lystloc has expanded its offerings based on customer feedback and now serves over 15,000 businesses. Its competitive pricing—Rs 549 per user per month—replaces the need for multiple fragmented tools, which could otherwise cost over Rs 2,000 monthly, delivering significant value to enterprises seeking simplicity and efficiency.
