Constems AI Systems has raised $2 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Finvolve, a joint venture between India Accelerator and Finolutions.
The round also saw participation from existing investors including Cognify, AIF, Inflection Point Ventures, and the IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre, signalling continued investor confidence in the company’s vision and growth potential.
The funds will be used to accelerate product innovation, strengthen the company’s research and development capabilities and enhance its product engineering and data infrastructure. The startup also plans to expand enterprise deployments globally and increase its presence across regions including Southeast Asia, Japan and the Middle East.
Founded in 2017 by Amit Singh and Amit Srivastava, the Noida-based deep-tech company develops a vision AI SaaS platform called CAInatics. The platform is designed to automate retail and supply chain operations by analysing image and video data to generate insights across the retail value chain.
Constems-AI’s technology enables companies to track product placement, shelf visibility and compliance through retail shelf images. Its AI models have been trained on more than 30,000 consumer product formats and over 30 million curated image data points globally.
Using patented object detection models and an edge AI architecture, the CAInatics platform delivers predictive analytics from images in near real time, helping enterprises improve operational efficiency across sales and supply chain functions.
The company currently serves several global consumer packaged goods brands and reports strong growth, with 2–3× year-on-year expansion. Going forward, Constems-AI plans to strengthen its enterprise sales presence across global CPG supply chain and manufacturing sectors while building strategic international partnerships to support its global expansion strategy.
