Climer joined Premier as Senior Manager – Corporate Accounting and progressed through increasingly senior leadership roles to become Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Over the course of her tenure, she has been deeply involved in strengthening financial oversight and operational discipline across the enterprise. She led the integration of 11 acquisitions, ensuring alignment of financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks. In addition, she spearheaded a comprehensive legal entity restructuring initiative designed to enhance tax efficiency and improve reporting effectiveness, contributing to the organization’s long-term financial resilience.
Before her elevation to CFO, Climer built a reputation as a results-driven financial leader across multiple industries. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Roush Yates Engines Racing Engines, where she significantly optimized financial operations and famously reduced the month-end close process from 12 days to just four. Her earlier experience also includes senior leadership roles at BSN medical and Otto Environmental Systems, where she managed complex financial environments and supported operational growth initiatives.
