Darpan Sanghvi, best known as the founder of the now-dismantled Good Glamm Group, has announced his comeback with a new venture—CoFounder Circle, an AI-native acceleration platform designed for startups and MSMEs. Officially launched on September 4, the platform positions itself as a comprehensive marketplace for company building, connecting co-founders, potential hires, interns, service providers, vendors, mentors, incubators, and investors in one integrated ecosystem.
Unlike conventional accelerator programs, CoFounder Circle embeds artificial intelligence into every layer of its operations. It offers startups AI-powered tools to speed up early-stage growth, while also giving them access to curated mentor networks, structured incubation programs, and investor demo days. The idea is to provide founders with everything they need to build, grow, and fund their ventures more efficiently.
In a LinkedIn post announcing the launch, Sanghvi revealed that close to 50% of CoFounder Circle’s equity will be allocated to its community—including employees, ecosystem collaborators, and even former stakeholders from Good Glamm—as part of what he calls a restitution initiative.
Sanghvi has been candid about the lessons from his previous venture, acknowledging that Good Glamm’s meteoric rise came at a cost. The $1.2 billion content-to-commerce startup eventually unraveled as lenders enforced brand-wise asset sales of MyGlamm, POPxo, Sirona, and ScoopWhoop. Looking back, Sanghvi admitted that Good Glamm’s expansion was “too much, too fast, too big.”
With CoFounder Circle, he is seeking a fresh start, aiming to build with greater discipline and long-term sustainability. The platform’s mission, as he describes it, lies at the “intersection of AI, business, capital, and community.”
CoFounder Circle has already opened its waitlist, inviting early adopters to sign up and gain priority access to its AI-driven tools and services. By integrating technology, talent, and funding opportunities into a single hub, the venture hopes to enable entrepreneurs to navigate the complexities of building a company with more speed, precision, and resilience.
