
Pinnacle Infotech has appointed Deepak Bhardwaj as Vice President & Global Chief Information Officer (CIO), strengthening its leadership team as it accelerates its global expansion and digital transformation journey. With over two decades of experience in IT leadership, Bhardwaj brings deep expertise in enterprise systems, infrastructure, and large-scale technology operations, making him well-positioned to drive the company’s technology vision.
In his new role, Bhardwaj will lead the enterprise technology strategy, focusing on key areas such as digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and data and AI initiatives. His mandate includes building scalable, secure, and future-ready technology platforms that support business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across global operations.
Prior to joining Pinnacle Infotech, Bhardwaj spent more than 19 years at Evalueserve, where he held multiple leadership roles including Associate Director and Group Manager – Information Technology. During his tenure, he led large-scale IT infrastructure projects, data center operations, and enterprise system implementations, contributing significantly to the organization’s technology backbone and scalability.
Earlier in his career, he worked with WNS, gaining valuable experience in IT services and operations. He began his professional journey at ACS Institute of Education, where he built a strong foundation in IT support and systems management.
With a career spanning infrastructure, enterprise IT, and transformation initiatives, Bhardwaj brings a balanced mix of strategic leadership and operational execution. His appointment reflects Pinnacle Infotech’s focus on strengthening its digital capabilities and leveraging technology as a key driver of growth and innovation in a competitive global environment.
