Prior to this appointment, Dahiya served as Associate Director at Marsh McLennan, where he played an important role in leveraging data modeling and analytics to drive business insights and inform strategic initiatives.
With over 18 years of experience, he has developed strong expertise in data modeling, analytics, and financial systems. A significant part of his career was spent at FIL India Business Services Private Limited, where he progressed through multiple roles, building deep capabilities in data visualization, financial analysis, and technical systems.
Throughout his career, Dahiya has consistently contributed to enhancing data-led decision frameworks and improving analytical capabilities within organizations.
