Palo Alto Networks has appointed Deepak Singh as Senior Director – Enterprise Business, India, marking a strategic addition to its leadership team as the company strengthens its cybersecurity presence in the region. In his new capacity, Deepak will be leading the enterprise business segment, bringing a strategic focus to cybersecurity innovation and helping clients navigate the evolving threat landscape.
With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, Deepak brings deep expertise in cloud transformation, digital innovation, and enterprise go-to-market strategy. His appointment signals Palo Alto Networks’ commitment to accelerating growth in India by aligning closely with the cybersecurity needs of large enterprises.
Prior to this, Deepak had a successful four-year tenure at Google, where he served as Head of Corporate Enterprises, India & SAARC. During his time there, he played a pivotal role in building the Corporate Enterprise segment from scratch and was key to driving cloud adoption across industries such as banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), retail, and manufacturing.
Beyond Google, Deepak’s professional journey includes leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Alibaba Cloud, VMware, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). His diverse experience across top global cloud and infrastructure companies equips him with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by Indian enterprises in the digital age.
