
Deepraj Hegde has joined Publicis Groupe as Senior Vice President – Strategic Solutions, marking a key leadership addition as the organization strengthens its strategic and solutioning capabilities.
In this role, Deepraj will lead strategic solutions, client engagement, and integrated business offerings, focusing on combining data, creativity, and marketing strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes. He will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive brand performance, innovation, and growth.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Ethinos, where he led strategic frameworks, client acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives. During his tenure, he also developed proprietary tools such as Brand Positioning Study and Digital Asset Valuator, while representing the organization at global platforms including Google and Meta events.
Earlier at Ethinos, he held the role of Head of Customer Success & Consumer Insights, where he focused on data-led marketing strategies and enhancing customer engagement through advanced analytics.
Before that, Deepraj spent over six years at MediaCom, holding leadership positions including Senior Business Director and Business Director – Insights & Analytics. In these roles, he led consumer intelligence, social listening, data command centers, and digital strategy initiatives for leading brands.
He also served as Vice President – Strategy & Analytics at Everymedia Technologies, where he developed digital strategies, analytics frameworks, and brand performance models to drive engagement and business growth.
Earlier in his career, he was associated with Hansa Cequity, taking on roles such as Client Delivery Manager, Strategic Account Manager, and Assistant Manager (Analytics), focusing on campaign strategy, loyalty programs, and analytics-driven marketing. He also worked at Hungama, contributing to business intelligence, reporting, and analytics implementations, and began his career at Robust Designs as a System Analyst and Business Analyst.
Deepraj holds a PGP in Data Science & Business Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Don Bosco Institute of Technology Bengaluru, reflecting a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic marketing acumen.
With extensive experience across strategy, analytics, and digital transformation, Deepraj brings a data-driven and business-focused approach to his new role. His appointment is expected to strengthen Publicis Groupe’s ability to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions for clients in an increasingly complex marketing landscape.
