Delhivery has appointed Mayank Agarwal as Director, a move aimed at accelerating the company’s international expansion and reinforcing its position as a preferred logistics partner for global exporters. Agarwal brings deep expertise in cross-border logistics, e-commerce growth, and market development, built through leadership roles at One World Express, Shiprocket, and eBay. At Delhivery, he will focus on scaling Delhivery International, driving business development, and enhancing growth across high-potential global markets.
Agarwal’s experience spans enterprise sales, cross-border trade strategy, category management, and regional leadership across multiple Indian markets including Rajasthan, Gujarat, South India, and Delhi NCR. His work has consistently centred on enabling exporters, optimising logistics processes, and strengthening ecosystem partnerships—capabilities that align closely with Delhivery’s international ambitions.
Over the years, Agarwal has contributed to building India’s logistics and e-commerce infrastructure through pivotal roles at Via Media & Communication Pvt. Ltd. and Welspun Group, where he managed critical functions such as seller acquisition, operations, key account management, and marketplace expansion. His work across these organisations strengthened his understanding of supply chain operations and exporter requirements.
At Shiprocket X, Agarwal played an important role in scaling cross-border shipping solutions for SMBs and D2C brands. His earlier stint at eBay, where he led the Lifestyle and Jewelry categories, deepened his insight into global buyer behaviour and marketplace dynamics. At One World Express, he focused on strengthening international logistics services and expanding market presence—experience that directly supports Delhivery International’s strategic roadmap.
With global e-commerce and cross-border trade continuing to rise, Delhivery’s decision to bring Agarwal into its leadership team underscores its intent to invest aggressively in international logistics capabilities. His new role positions him to help drive the next phase of Delhivery International’s growth by expanding service offerings, deepening exporter partnerships, and unlocking new routes and markets for Indian businesses looking to ship overseas.
Agarwal’s appointment signals Delhivery’s continued commitment to building a best-in-class global logistics network—strengthening both its operational depth and its leadership bench as it pursues long-term international scale.
