During this period, he successfully steered the Bhopal unit to breakeven, delivering a healthy EBITDA within just 18 months of the hospital’s commissioning—an achievement that underscores his ability to drive operational and financial excellence.

Over the course of his career, Dhananjay has made significant contributions across several leading healthcare organizations. His prior leadership roles include stints at BR Life, CK Birla Hospitals, Kalinga Hospital, Gleneagles Global Hospitals, and Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Pune, as well as an earlier tenure at Apollo Hospital, Pune.
